Costumize

    Hello
    I have an issue with the costumizing tools..its been going on for two hours – i cannot Access to the costumizing tools and what shows up on the page is; Sorry, the costumizing tools did not load correctly. Why is this happening? Please be quick to help and thank you! :)

    Hi kuqikija,
    Is this error still persisting?
    Have you tried working on your page in multiple browsers or just one?
    It seems as though this problem has occurred in the past and often is related to browser issues.
    If it does end up being browser related, try working through the steps found in this support document. https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/

    If this does not seem to work for you, post back and hopefully, we can figure something out.
