  Hi, I am going to run new site. Could I add new plugin?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You are confusing blogs hosted by WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG software installs.

  There is no FTP access and no blogger installed plugin capability on any free hosted WordPress.COM blogs and there is no upgrade you can purchase here that changes that reality.

  To install plugins or third party themes into a site then you have to hire a web host http://wordpress.org/hosting/ and set up your own WordPress.org install. WordPress.org offers free software that you can install on a web server. You can upload and install themes and plugins, run ads, conduct ecommerce and edit the database.   Hi @womanandchoice,

  WordPress.com does not support the adding of additional plugins. There are hundreds of plugins included in the system out of the box.

  Alternately, if you really need custom plugins, you could switch to the self hosted version which you can find on WordPress.org
