Could I 'adopt' unused blog?

Excuse me, I find that http://ubuntuoffline.wordpress.com/ is not in an active use. Could it possible if I get that blog URL? Thank you.

The blog doesn’t provide author’s information, so, I can’t contant him. But it’s fine, I still can make another blog, for free .. :D

leave a comment on the blog – maybe they have comments set to moderate and they will get an email about the comment

@timethief, I understood that. but because the blog I mean was created in 2009 and no activity since then, I concluded that the owner has forgot how to login, and it means that I cannot contact him, and it means that I cannot ‘adopt’ that blog. thanks for your answer.
