Could I get a live person to help me with set-up and upgrade issues?

  I need help with a live person. I am not computer savvy at all. I am trying to see if I can have my website and blog page all in one? I now have a blog page with you, but have a domain with another company. I believe I want to change that. I also need help with my current blog with you, it is showing an article I wanted to post, but it is showing as my main page. This is all wrong and I can not get into my account to make the changes, I really need help here. Please could someone call me, HELP!

  Please define “a live person” as differentiated from the volunteers and staffers in the forum.

  You can indeed get into the account: you are in it right now.

  Make more blog posts and you will see how the actual blog works. It’s impossible to get a sense of how a blog works if there are fewer than three posts on it.

  You can connect a domain to a Wp.com blog with the Domain Mapping upgrade.
