Could i have a refund on a rubbish theme i just bought?

  Its really really terrible for 30 usd. Could I have a refund please

  Hi there – To clarify, the $30 is for Custom Design, which allows you to change the fonts, colors, and edit the CSS of any WordPress.com theme. Your theme itself is free.

  I have canceled and refunded your Custom Design upgrade.

  At first glance, your header image is really large. You can upload the image directly in Appearance->Header here (rather than select it from your Media Library, and then you’ll get a cropping step that will crop it down to the header size for that theme:
