Could I please rename my site?

  Is it possible to remove my site name of ‘Thoughts of Here and There’ and retain my grahamharkom.wordpress.com address?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Actually yes. Go to Settings > General Settings and you will be able to change the name there. :)

  Yes, to change the title and tagline in the general settings dashboard page.
