  I would love to improve my traffic for discussions by sending first-time commenters to a Thank You page.

  I’m afraid that external plugins are not allowed on WordPress.com, for security reasons. They are only available for self-hosted blogs provided through WordPress.org.

  That said, don’t forget the ideas forum, where you can discuss your suggestion with the WordPress.com community.
