Is WordPress.com Premium a hosting company? My 3 months payment of $104.00 for SiteGround.com is due. Can I get the same service if I transfer or switch to WordPress.com Premium?

You can definitely migrate your site to us if you prefer, however, you should be aware that we have some restrictions as to how the WordPress works on WordPress.com:
We do not provide any FTP access, so it is not possible to edit your site’s files directly.

We also have restrictions on the types of code, including embed codes, you can add to a site here.
Plugins and third party themes can only be used on the Business Plan, and upload of audio and video files to the media library will depend on your plan as well – Personal is required for audio files, and Premium for video.
