Could not insert term into the database.

  I am trying to add categories to my product in word-press. I am getting this error ‘Could not insert term into the database’. I have checked the Auto-increment of WP_terms,WP_termmeta and wp_term_taxonomy tables. The are already at auto increment. Still i am getting this error. Kindly suggest me a solution.
