Could not proceed with your instruction of "Blavatars".

  I host a website at godaddy.com using wordpress with theme “responsive”. Regarding “Blavatars” I could not find Blog Picture / Icon in the dashboard. Please instruct.

  Hi there. The blavatar upload option is under Settings > General on the dashboard.

  P.S. You really should include your blog URL when you ask for help, especially as it’s also not linked to your username.

  http://wordpress.org/support/ is where you will find help for your self-hosted WordPress install. If you don’t have a username there, you’ll have to sign up for one.
