we have blog belonging to our company: ocb.com.vn, it had been created by our agency/service. long time ago it havenot been updated yet and our agency cannot remember any infomation about it.
very very appreciate if You can help us get back account detail to logon back or only email address which had been used to logon this ocbbank blog.

Every WordPress.COM blog has a sole owner. It is the person with the WordPress.COM username account who registered the blog under that username account and a single associated email address, and who is the original Admin of the blogs registered under that username account.
You have to be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard. The Admin login link to the dashboard for every blog hosted by wordpress.COM is:

i agree with no permission to reset blog password and give to other person. but in this case we just want to get back name blog “ocbbank” to our company. you know, it is very important if someone try to post negative article into blog without our permission from OCB brand.
please let us know how to move nameblog(include content) back to OCB blog ? and dont touch any password of owner blog had been registerthanks and appreciate for your help.

If you do not have any of the site information, there is nothing to prove that you are the site owner. Thus, you will be unable to gain access to it. It is a security issue.

you know, i can prove that all information perform on that blogname belong to us, but the issue is we couldnot communicate with siteowner to get back to OCB.
example: if they say some thing negative on that site effect to brand than you will do nothing ?
at least, with blog manament role, we only need your support by share email of blog owner to me that is great now ?
Hope your understanding about negative to OCB brand and help us find its email to us for next step.

If you do not have the login information and do not have any of the verification data requested here:

…then there is no way that the site can be verified as yours. You cannot gain access to it.
I can send an email to the site owner to see if either they would permit the site ownership being transferred, or if that email ends up in your inbox and reminds you of the correct login data.
But I cannot tell you any of the login information, and that includes usernames or email addresses.
