  I am trying to renew after its expiration date but am getting an error message. What’s the deal?

  It looks like that domain was successfully renewed through 1/27/16 as shown here:

  Can you let me know if you’re still having trouble?

  Also, just a note, you’ll notice an expired Custom Design upgrade. Were you planning on renewing that or would you like me to remove it for you?
