I am encouraged to reach out with the photo of friendly smiles and a tag line: ‘need help, contact us’
but there is not ‘us’ to contact. I have ben dealing with billing fraud for 3 months and I have all of my bank accounts closed down several times since October. Personal and Business.
I could solve all my issues in 15 minutes and make sure you’re getting paid. You deserve to get paid. Except – I am closing down my bank – again. I have more banking fee’s to deal with.
Why?
Because the wrong bank account with charged without notice. I have spent the past few days trying to get ahold of anyone. All I am getting is empty – pointless response followed with, ‘we see you disputed your charge so we are closing your web site for 80 days to ‘review’ your account.’
Thats the biggest F – U to your consumer. Close the web site. Its ok.
But, seriously – I probable would have kept paying you guys if I could of talked to someone for 15 minutes to follow up on all of the charges.

When you start a dispute, your account gets locked and you prevent wordpress.com to deal with your problem as they have to wait for the results of the dispute you started.
