Could somebody teach me how to make Link Categories to Pages?

Hello! I had made some pages in the horizontal navigation bar. Could you teach me how to get a page with some information at the top and then below that a list of related posts?
For example, when I click on my “Fashion” page, I want my fashion related posts could be there.
Please help me! Thank you very much!!
p.s I’m using the “Matala” theme.The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

You can create a Category Page and then place a link to the page in your site’s menu.

hello!! Thank you for sharing the information. It is very helpful to me. I added the categories to my menu instead of adding the pages, then I get the pages with all the related posts. Thank you very much!
