  could someone help me to install a theme on my wordpress?
  There is no button to upload theme in the appearance section.
  I am so frustrated, and need to install my theme on wordpress…. Please help me..

  The only themes you can use on free hosted WordPress.com blogs are the 208 found here > Dashboard > Appearance > Themes

  There is no FTP access to free hosted WordPress.COM blogs and we cannot install plugins, upload third-party themes or edit templates or themes. Those found on the internet are for WordPress.ORG installs which run on different software.
