could someone look at my page?

I know it’s a theme issue but I am wondering why there are duplicates on my page. There is nothing that says “this widget will go in this column” so it’s like a guessing game. I have two archives in separate columns. I’m totally cool with the top half of my page but the bottom is chopped and screwed. Can someone tell me how to fix it and make it look a bit more tidy?
