Could someone please help me re-connect JetPack?

Well, I installed Jet Pack two weeks ago and it became disconnected somehow. I know this because my visitor stats aren’t showing up in either my WordPress dashboard or my Jet Pack page. I had a lot of trouble with it on my iPhone and have no idea what I did wrong. The timeline fits: Installing Jet Pack has seriously upended my stats counters. People have been visiting since June 11th and are still not registering two weeks later. I heard it might be a disconnection issue, but I tried to find somewhere to activate that and was unable to do that. I also switched from Google to Bing, if that makes any difference. Thank you in advance.
