    Hi sir,

    I would like to choose the Business plan to establish our website.
    There is something need to be confirmed.
    1. Will WordPress.com run and maintain the backend server for us if we choose the Business plan?
    2. Could we custom our frontend web by ourselves? Totally custom by ourselves, not just theme.
    3. Could frontend web work perfectly with WordPress backend server by calling API?
    4. Could we run the frontend web on the same WordPress server too?
    5. Could you provide the API document for reference?
    6. Is there anything we need to know before we start this project?

    We do this regardless of whether you own the Business Plan or not, even on free sites.

    2. Could we custom our frontend web by ourselves? Totally custom by ourselves, not just theme.

    I’m not sure what you mean. With the Business Plan you can upload any theme you want, including a custom-built theme if you want to, and you can install plugins to add functionality to your site. But you cannot edit your site’s source files directly – a plugin or JavaScript code embedded directly on the site are the only ways to change how the site itself works.

    Again I’m not sure what you mean. What exactly do you want to do via an API?

    5. Could you provide the API document for reference?

    You can find documentation on the WordPress.com REST API here:

    But there is no reason to manually use that API on your site itself – that API is meant for interacting with your WordPress.com site via a third-party application. We do not provide support for the API in this forum.

    Without knowing exactly what it is you are trying to do I cannot answer this question.
