WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers. Provided you are logged in under the same username account that purchased the upgrades, you can request a refund yourself directly from the Store section of your Dashboard

I have no cancel button on the “My Updates” page. The other alternative given was to contact Customer Support, which is apparently this site.

Are you logged in under the username account that registered the blog in question and purchased the videopress upgrade for it?

You do nothing and when they get to this thread they will respond and you will receive an email if you subscribe to the thread > see the sidebar link to do that.

I canceled and refunded the $60 charge for VideoPress for your blog http://uriflm352.wordpress.com as per your request.
