  I can find all about how to follow other blogs , but I can’t find how to block a follower who’s blog I don’t agree with. Could you please let me know? Regards, Cécile Hessels

  You cannot. Anyone on the internet is free to follow blogs and express undesirable opinions.
  You can make your blog private and you do have control over comments.

  However, if the blog violates TOS you can report them.
