Could you please let me know if payment went through for a Premium account?

    Hi

    I sent you a question form but don’t know if it got through. When I pressed the button I received an error message.

    I will let you know my problem again just in case the first one didn’t get to you. I was trying to set up an account with you for a premium site. The first time I tried it told me my credit card details were not valid. I retyped the credit card details and it then said something like I already had a free account and I couldn’t go further with the setting up. I don’t know if I have paid or not. I don’t want to redo the form if I have already paid.

    I would like a Premium set up with you for a site called: elimbarialpacas.com.au please.

  • I can’t access elimbarialpacas.com.au which makes me wonder if this is a WordPress.com site at all.

    Generally if you want to upgrade your WordPress.com site/blog to Premium, all you have to do is to go to Admin Dashboard > Store and buy premium bundle.

    Of course it isn't a WordPress.com site. This is the site I would like to have but WordPress hasn't allowed me to set it up in the one step. I remember now how slow it is to do things in WordPress. I have subsequently received a confirmation for a free site. I will now upgrade to a Premium site. It is strange to me that this is the process you have to go through and that you can't set up a Premium or higher site straight off.

    I just hope funds haven't come out of my credit card. I don't think they have.
