Could you re-enable Alt-Shift-G to bring up the "classic" full screen editor?
-
In http://en.support.wordpress.com/visual-editor/ your list of HotKeys says that Alt-Shift-G brings up the full screen editor, and when tested last week (and on a current 3.4.1 WordPress.org installation) it did just that — bring up the “classic” full screen editor with all the TinyMCE formatting buttons that show up in the normal Edit screen.
As of yesterday, though, it no longer works. [And the ToolTip over the full-screen button — the one that brings up distraction free writing, DFW, was changed from Alt-Shift-G to Alt-Shift-W]
Can we have the old-style full screen edit window back again, please? A button would be nice, but putting back the Alt-Shift-G would be okay. (Adding an option to have more formatting buttons in DFW mode would be nice, too, but I’m not expecting that to happen.)

This may be related to some changes that we needed to make to accommodate special language characters. I’ll see if we can bring it back.
