Could you recycle some very old domains (not used in 7 years)?

    I would like to enquire whether it is possible to take over someone’s WordPress domain.
    I am starting to build a business with various divisions and as part of this, I am interested in two domains. I went to visit the relevant blogs. The one has a post on that says that the blog has moved to another blog host. This message was posted in 2007. The other WordPress domain I would like has one post that was made in 2006 and has not been used since.

    Please advise?

    Hi, there’s no way of reusing WordPress.com addresses no matter how old they are, sorry for the news…

    There’s however, an option to get a custom domain name with WordPress (for a fee):

    Register a New Domain
