  I am edit blog with vicding.wordpress.com, And I accidentally deleted the homepage of custom theme, couldn`t change theme, couldn`t add custom theme. please help me reset the blog, and if possible keep the article in it.

  I’m not sure I understand. Using a custom theme on WordPress.com requires our Business Plan, and your site is on our free plan. If you’re trying to add a custom theme, you’ll need to upgrade to the Business Plan first.

  If you need help with the current theme on your site, can you please tell us exactly what you’re trying to do?
