  Hi again, thanks for update.

  What do you see when you visit https://wordpress.com/log-in?redirect_to=https%3A%2F%2Fwordpress.com%2F? This shall open your Dashboard after pressing Login.

  Or maybe there is some part of Dashboard that is missing? Please let us know.

  It appears you are trying to find the WP-Admin dashboard.

  WordPress.com recently rolled out unified navigation. WordPress.com has combed the Calypso and WP-Admin sidebars into one that’s consistent across both dashboards.

  To enable WP Admin dashboard pages, visit your account settings page at:

  https://wordpress.com/me/account

  Look for ‘Dashboard Appearance’. Turn on the option for “Show wp-admin pages if available” as shown in the image below:
