Couldn't get confirmation, activation email when first sign up!

    i need to create a site for work, so yesterday i already signed up with (email visible only to moderators and staff) after filling up the form, for free domain, the submit button was grey nothing else happened. I checked many times, even today but didn’t receive the activation at all! tried to sign in the error is invalid password/ username!
    then i went ‘ contact support’ submitted my company email also didn’t recognize

    SO FRUSTRATING! also couldn’t sign in to forums, said invalid username. only when i went to the part at the side only username, then i can come in! Can it be improved? many people said it’s good to sign up here but i keep encountering problems.

    Hi there – I’m not sure what was happening, but your account is activated now. Are you still having trouble logging in now?
