What exactly is the error message you’re seeing and when do you see it? Upgrading your site should have not affected this.
Have you already tried to clear your browser’s cache? You can find here more information on how to clear the cache depending on your browser:https://wordpress.com/support/browser-issues/#clearing-your-browser-cache
