  Hi, As I have already complaint that I’m not able to make payment, as your site continuously declining my card. please find out some solution So that I can upgrade my site.

  The currency setting for your account is currently set to INR – are you located in India at the moment? We usually have trouble with users who try to purchase upgrades while in countries outside of India while their currency under their account is set to INR.

  Please let me know your current location and we’ll see if we can get this issue resolved for you.
