Countdown Integration on wordpress

  Hello Wordpres Team,

  i would like to integrate the countdown on this page: http://www.flipclockjs.com/

  It has something to do with java script integration. Do you know how to integrate that on my website?

  Hi there!

  There are several types of embed code that we don’t allow on WordPress.com for security reasons, such as iframes and script. You can read more about the code we do and don’t allow here:

  Since that code is JavaScript, it is not allowed on WordPress.com. Have you checked out our Milestone widget?

  Hi,

  thanks for your support. Unfortunately the milestone widget is not that what I was looking for.

  I expected a countdown more like a flipclock. This is only possible with an java script integration. I understand that this is not possible with wordpress.com, but is it possible with a wordpress.org account? And it is possible to change the account-profile easily?

  I’m sorry the milestone widget isn’t what you’re looking for.

  If you need this functionality, you may wish to consider a self-hosted site using the software at WordPress.com. This would require that you secure your own hosting, but you could point your domain to the new site if you wished, and you could export your content from us and import it to your new site. On self-hosted installations of WordPress, you can install your own plugins or otherwise add javascript code as desired.

  Alright, thanks a lot. Do I understand correctly that the transfer fee costs $129.00 to wordpress.org?

  Is there any opportunity to transfer the blog with less effort?

  You’re welcome to export your content for free and import it into your own self-hosted WordPress site using the free software at WordPress.org. In addition to setting up your hosting, you would need to install WordPress on your new account and point your domain to your new account. From there, you would just need to go to your WordPress.com site’s Dashboard, go to Tools > Export, and create an export file. Then on your new WordPress site’s Dashboard, you’d simply reverse the process and go to Tools > Import.

  If you’d like our staff to assist you with moving your content over to a new site, you can set up a new hosting account with one of our preferred hosting providers and then use the Guided Transfer upgrade to get assistance in moving it over.
