Countdown ticker help

  I would like to have a monthly countdown ticker on my blog to show how many months it will be until I retire. I found a T (-) Countdown widget, but I’m not sure to upload it. I’m also open to using something easier if there’s an easier ticker on WordPress. Thanks

  There is a milestone widget with a countdown to a date as part of WordPress.com.
