  Your question is answered in the FAQ sticky at the head of the forums but as an addtional solution, there should be one located within your widgets. Dashboard -> Presentation -> Sidebar Widgets. You may also want to search the forums as well because this is a much discussed topic.

  If you mean a countdown to an event ticker then http://tickerfactory.com
  Scroll down to find the ones that aren’t “fertility” or “baby” related. Also not they will not fit into a text widget for sidebar placement. They will only fit on a page or a post.
