  Still no way for using the shoutbox or tracking tools in wordpress. This is not good…

  What “tracking tools” are you referring to? There are a number of counters available. And you can use the meebo widget, which is sort of a chat box or Google Talk or Talkinator https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/shoutbox-widget?replies=5
