Counter on ALL pages? including the subpages?

if i get an external counter from a free counter site and paste the html code in the sidebar the counter will NOT work if someone is directly linked from another site to my subpage. is there anyway to have a counter in all the subpage on my blog?
for example. my blog is http://www.dailymobile.se and i can paste a counter html code @ the sidebar BUT is i creat a news or article like the one on this page: http://dailymobile.se/2007/09/17/nokia-6110-navigator-unboxing-pictures/ and some other site link it to that url the counter will not register the “hit” and a “visit” EXCEPT if the visitor chooses to go to the “main” page were the counter is.

Really? That seems strange since the counter should load on every page that has the sidebar. As long as you’re using a theme that loads the full sidebar on every page, it should work. Some themes such as Connections (and a few others i can’t remember right now) only load the sidebar on the main page.
But, i don’t see a link to an external counter on your blog. Where is it?

sorry my fault, i had a theme that didnt have a sidebar on all pages, thx for the help :)
