Counter widget to show only one page of my website
-
Is there a counter widget that will show only one page of my website?

I hope I can get some answers .. I want my viewers to see how many times that particular page has been visited

The forums are staffed by volunteers with limited time, so it can take us a little while to answer questions. Unfortunately I don’t think it’s possible. You can install a counter on your blog but to install one for individual pages would require the kind of access we don’t have. If you were to self-host it might be possible, where you have greater access and can use javascript.

The button won’t show the number of hits to pages and posts, but it will show the exact number of users on your site at any one time and what they’re reading. That might be the closest thing possible to what you want. You can also change the colour to match your blog’s appearance, which is nice. :)

If you want that whosamongus widget to relate to just one page, however, you have to put it in the actual page itself, the part you write, not the sidebar. Easy enough to do, though.

Is there something wrong with the whosamongus widget today? It says there are 457 people on my blog right now, but my stats aren’t up overall by much.

Don’t shatter my dream! I saw 24 on mine earlier and they better be real for I did a little dance. Well, almost…
It seemed fine on all the blogs/sites I visit that have it. Take a screenshot and enjoy it? :)
