Hello Hassan,
I can confirm your blog is visible in Norway and has published in Norwegian.
I am not sure, though, if you’d liked to set the default language of your WordPress.com site as Norwegian?
If it is so, you can set it by going to Dashboard>Settings>General. the language option is the last one listed on the page. Please let me know if you need any further assistance, happy to help. Cheers!

Hello and Thank you for your answer. Could you please answer me one thing that If its better to have my account from bluehost blogg or is that the same as wordpress blogg?
-
Hello again, and you’re welcome :)
Bluehost offers web hosting services, meaning that you can buy some ‘space’ from them where to host your website. Then you have to install a CMS there (I assume the WordPress.ORG software) and then customise and set the website from there. If you choose Bluehost’s services, you will also need to buy a domain in order to give your website an URL address where people can land on to read your content. If you decide to go to Bluehost, you can easily move your WordPress.com existing content there.
In its free plan, WordPress.com offers this space to host your website, although it allows you to have a maximum of 3GB of space for free, as well as an URL address (which is the one you own at the moment, with the .wordpress.com attached).
In summary, the two systems are quite difference, however they may seem similar, as they’re two different approach to the management of a website.
Here you can find the main difference between WordPress.com and WordPress.org: http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
That should reply quite well to your question.Hope this is all clear. If you have any other doubts, please ask!
