Country ban on WP's Ip/domen or?

  The point is that I can not get on my site from my home provider but I am able to get in from a mobile provider. Home provider support told me that the ban reason is extremists content on a WP. Provider is Beeline, Russia. What can I do to able to get from the site.

  As a workaround some have been using a VPN or proxy to access WordPress.com blogs. The following links provide some options:
