Country not included

  Hello,
  I was checking out after selecting a few of your products. I entered my credit card information yet to my surprise, my country was not listed in the list of countries available. My country is Lebanon, and I have bought web services from other blog providers normally, except wordpress.com, which has a list of all countries except Lebanon. May I know why is that? And how can it be fixed? Thank you
