    For my site, I need to create country specific web pages. Is it possible to design it in word press?

    That is not possible here on WordPress.com, where all public sites are served globally.

    To do that you may wish to start a WordPress site on a traditional hosting provider, which may offer you more latitude in setting up a custom service like this.
