Couple of questions (help is appreciated)

  Hi guys,

  I’m really new to WordPress and am under time pressure to get my site off the ground. I need to do a couple of things and I’ve been Googling and trying but can’t pull it off. Any help is greatly appreciated.

  This is my website: http://www.guusvanaarle.com

  – I need to move the video down so that it doesn’t overlap the header.
  – I need to change the background colour of the “E-Mail”-box underneath the video to black
  – If I want to import a logo, are there any guidelines or tutorials for that regarding recommended resolutions etc.
