  I received a coupon to use for 30 percent off a plan. I tried to use it and it did not work. I know this may not be a public topic but is there someone who can help me with this? I haven’t purchased a plan yet so I cannot contact the live chat and you do not use phone support to help me make the purchase. I want to purchase a plan but it would be nice to use the coupon that was sent to me. Thanks so much.
