  We’re not currently running any promotions on WordPress.com. When we do, we’ll let you know by email if your account is eligible for the promotion.

  Hi there @ kanakadurga2 WPcom occasionally runs promotions but if you haven’t yet subscribed to their promotional emails, you can do that in your dashboard at https://wordpress.com/me/notifications/updates under promotions.

  You can of course start using a completely free WPcom website and use that for as long as you’d like.
