  I do not locate any coupon code references here http://en.support.wordpress.com/upgrades/#coupons

  It is possible the coupon is not a wordpress.COM coupon but is a third party coupon that cannot be apply here. I will type modlook into the sidebar tags on this thread for a Staff follow-up.   The $99 price is a pretty significant discount off of the price of what the individual upgrades would be combined. We don’t currently offer any coupons or discounts on top of that price.
