  I have a coupon code on a printed slip from a conference. It says that it is good for up to $300 off the purchase of a new annual plan. When I enter the code at checkout and click ‘apply’ absolutely nothing happens. How do I apply the code?

  I made sure that it is not expired.

  Got it, thanks for sharing that. I’ve checked on our end and the coupon code appears to be valid and should work. But in testing it I can confirm it’s not working as expected.

  I suspect this is due to the fact that you have an existing free trial on your account (for our Business Plan) which is something we introduced after this coupon was created. If I can ask, is it your intention to convert your trial to a full year of the Business Plan? Or did you have something else in mind?

  The coupon code will cover the full annual cost of the Business Plan, and I can add credit to your account in lieu of a coupon code if that is your intent. If you had something else in mind let us know and we’re happy to accomodate.

  Yeah, I am trying to migrate in from a self-hosted instance. Converting from the trial to a full year is the plan.

  I’m not seeing the credit when I go back to the checkout page to upgrade from the trial to the business plan. Is it ready?
