  why do you have a coupon code field when you do not offer any for the upgrades

  Hi @bim654, we occasionally do have offers, but not regularly and not right now. I have seen it used for something more like a gift certificate redemption.

  It means we sometimes give a coupon code as a gift (to a volunteer for example.)

  Hi there,

  Perhaps. The Happiness Engineers have control of that, but I cannot make any promises. Maybe if you have money issues, they will consider it. If you are on a Premium Plan for example, you will already have a discount to upgrade. This will be the same for the Personal Plan, going to the Premium Plan.

  We don’t anticipate releasing any coupon codes soon. But you can use our free services anytime. Our paid services help offset our costs for hosting free services. Perhaps you can let us know what feature you’re hoping to have for free or discount and we’ll pass that information along. Thanks!
