Coupon code not accepted

    Hi there,

    I was trying to apply a coupon code when upgrading to a paid plan yesterday. The discount code was emailed to me by WordPress and was expiring within 24 hours. Unfortunately, when entering the coupon code several times yesterday, it kept showing as unsuccessful. However, I have the WordPress email to show that I was within the time frame to use this.

    I have been unable to contact WordPress using online chat as I do not have a paid plan but I am reluctant to do so until I am able to use my coupon code.

    Could someone please advise how I can rectify this issue?
