Coupon doesnt work for woocommerce

  Recently, I tried to make a coupon using WooCommerce and there are failure in calculating the total amount after I applied a coupon. I got a message where the coupon code applied successfully but it did not deduct the coupon promotion. It did work on admin site since the coupon works only when we login into WordPress admin account but did not work on customer website. Here I attached two screenshots, one is when I login into the admin wordpress (admin view – coupon works well) and another is where I did not login into the wordpress admin (customer view – coupon did not work).
