  I cannot access the 25$ credit when trying to start a new personal website, it still charged $48. Is this right?

  Credits are applied on a per site basis and are applicable to upgrades.

  Are you trying to purchase an additional plan for an additional site on the account?

  Eligibility was a bit vague but turns out it was based on referral. Thanks.
