  I have a coupon code for 50% off my first payment and it’s not working. It had not expired. I just got it today.

  It looks like you were able to use the coupon, but to be clear, it was for 15% off, not 50%.

  Yes I wanted to use the 50 though. Why wasn’t I able to? I actually have two codes for 50 off. One I received yesterday and another one today.

  Is it possible that you have more than one account with us? The coupon codes for this promotion are unique and tied to a specific login. So if you have another account with us, the code will work with that account but not this one.
