    Hi there,

    I’m going to guess you’re not speaking of http://greenbeeshop.wordpress.com/, as WordPress.com doesn’t have any built-in functionality for using coupons on a site, and that site is completely empty except for the demo content it was created with.

    What is the URL of the site you need help with?

    If you’re using the open source WordPress software at another hosting provider, you’ll want to contact support for the ecommerce plugin, or whatever plugin you’re using to manage coupons for your website, directly for help.
