  I received emails for my two other sites for 50% off. I created a new site and registered for the premium plan but my coupon [redacted]. How do I get the 50% off? Otherwise, I will stick with free plan. And why can’t I email WordPress directly? That is pitiful.

  Hi, any flash coupons are valid only for a limited time and only for the account they were sent to. I didn’t catch what error you received, but you’ll want to check the expiration date, and also check to be sure you’re using it with the correct account.
